CANCELLATION POLICY

At our small business, we truly value your patronage and understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a full charge will apply as it is important for us to maintain our schedule and keep our business running. We understand that this can be inconvenient, and are now offering a same day change fee of $40. This fee allows you to change your appointment based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you soon!

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Please put your cell phone on vibrate while visiting our spa. Photos and videos are allowed for the 1st 15 minutes & after your treatment. We ask that you set your phone away during the duration of your facial treatment to receive the full benefits of the experience.
